Add Delivery Status and Comments to your Tracking Report

Use our Route Planner App to Track Deliveries in a Smarter Way

To track deliveries and add comments make sure to report Arrival and Live Tracking under Settings.

When you arrive at your destination, the status will be changed to Visited and you’ll be able to edit that.
The route you’ve tracking needs to be saved first. Now follow these steps:

  1. Select the Arrival Notification Behavior you want when arriving at a destination:

  2. When you arrive at your destination, the status will be changed to Visited and you’ll be able to edit that.

  3. To edit your delivery status or add a comment to a stop, click the status:
